Finally published: The best Croatian male vocalist will represent Croatia on Eurovision Song Contest 2017.

According to HRT (Croatian Broadcaster) and Eurosong.hr, Jacques Houdek is 23rd Croatian representative on Eurovision Song Contest (ESC). This news was eagerly awaited within the Eurovision community. Several names have been mentioned with Ruža Janjiš and Jacques Houdek being among them.

“Seventh luck” is the most appropriate way of describing Jacques’s happiness – he has been participating to DORA, The Croatian National Selection for ESC, for six times now, debuting in 2002 and then 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2011 where he reached Final with Daria Kinzer.

Song will be presented in March.

Croatia is participating in the second part of 2nd Semi-final of ESC 2017, to be held in Kyiv, Ukraine on May 11, 2017.
